Within Mustela International Marketing Department, the International CRM Project Manager creates and implements the global CRM strategy and is the main contact for local teams for all CRM-related projects. He/she is responsible for recommending, leading and developing this lever at international level, in line with the global strategy.
You will be responsible for:
1/ Defining our international CRM strategy
2/Developing loyalty and engagement strategies
3/ Developing the use of CRM tools and participate in their on-going optimization
4/ Performance analysis
5 year higher education in Marketing/Business/E-Commerce, you have at least 5-year experience in a CRM agency or retail brand.
Your experience in managing complex projects and your CRM technical expertise in cross-cultural environments are assets that will enable you to succeed in this position.
Your autonomy, proactivity and ability to take initiatives based on global guidelines are essential to your success.
You enjoy working with figures (interpreting data, understanding trends) and are known for your analytical mind.
At the crossroads of different contacts and departments, you have good interpersonal skills and excellent teamwork abilities to support the collective effort and manage several projects in parallel.
You are a critical thinker with the ability to question requests to understand root causes and unarticulated needs.
Hard skills
