Open Innovation was launched at Laboratoires Expanscience 6 years ago, with 3 objectives:
- To anchor a change in culture internally
- Open up new playing fields
- Accelerate innovation cycles
The transformation of the company and the acceleration of its innovation topics lead the CSR and Open Innovation Department to expand.
Laboratoires Expanscience is looking for an Open Innovation and Impact Projects Officer whose main missions within the CSR and Open Innovation Department will be to :
- Contribute to the deployment and implementation of Open Innovation within Expanscience (deployment of OI systems, contribution of new methods, support for employees, search for partners, etc.).
- Contribute to analysing the feasibility and piloting the deployment of experiments on impact projects (project management support, team coaching, understanding and analysing innovations, etc.).
You will be responsible for the analysis of the feasibility of and the deployment of impactful projects (project management support, team coaching, understanding and analysis of innovations, etc.).
You will report to the Open Innovation Manager and your main tasks will be to :
-Develop the culture of Open Innovation
-Support the Directorates in the evaluation of experiments
- Support experiments and impact projects
>Contribuy to the implementation of impact projects
>Maintenally and depending on the subjects, ensure the role of project leader:
-Develop an external network of partners
- Commitment to Quality/CSR (B Corp)
Regular trips to Epernon in Eure-et-Loir are to be expected.
